In partnership with Sefton Youth Service a Duke of Edinburgh drop in centre runs from Bootle and Netherton Fire station every Thursday. Positive Futures attended our award night last week and the Fire Service hope to be able to offer the young people more sports activities to enable them to complete the skill section of their Bronze Award. It was a great night and thanks goes to Netherton Neighbourhood Action Group for supporting the project from the start. I hope we can look in the future to develop more Duke of Edinburgh centres across Mersyside.
